All sales are final. No returns or size exchanges are accepted after shipment. However, if you receive an incorrect size or the wrong product, we are happy to assist in resolving the issue.
Shipping Disclaimer
No Hype is not responsible for lost, unclaimed, or damaged packages and recommend reaching out directly to the postal carrier charged with delivering your package for further assistance with the matter.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the digital wallpapers have been accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase to ensure that you are selecting the correct items.
Exceptions
While refunds are not available, we are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience. If you encounter any issues such as:
- File Access Problems: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from downloading or accessing your purchased wallpaper, please reach out to us at connect@nohype.com and we will work quickly to resolve any access issues.
- Incorrect File Received: If you receive the wrong file, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase. We will promptly provide you with the correct file at no additional cost.
